Our initial scoping and mobilising phase focuses on a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities, an execution focused plan that includes a timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a delivery schedule.

Options

We work with you using the following options:

Advisors / consultants: Time and material based or flat fee
Interim strategy and operations role: Flat fee and equity
Full time executive with director and board position: Salary and equity

All T&Cs must be agreed and signed off before engagement begins.
